Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to enter Pokerdenred Back, participate in any poker activities, or consume alcohol on the premises. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry and may be requested at any time. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide satisfactory proof of age.

Verification Process

All visitors must complete the age verification gateway upon entering the website and present physical ID upon arrival at the venue. Digital age verification does not replace in-person ID checks. Failure to comply with verification procedures will result in denial of entry.

Underage Entry Prevention

Entry is strictly prohibited to anyone under the age of 21. Rigorous identity and age checks are performed at the entrance to ensure total compliance with our licensing conditions.

Table Reservations

Reservations for poker tables can be made online or by phone. A deposit may be required for certain tables or peak times. Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. The venue reserves the right to release unclaimed reservations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full reservation fee. Private event bookings require a non-refundable deposit as specified in the event contract. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the reservation value.

Payment Terms

All payments must be settled at the conclusion of your visit unless otherwise agreed. The venue accepts major credit cards and cash. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. A surcharge may apply for credit card payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokerdenred Back shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or venue. This includes loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in poker games or other activities at the venue, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree to hold Pokerdenred Back harmless from any claims arising from such participation. This includes risks of personal injury or property damage. You are responsible for your own belongings while on the premises.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation before litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Sydney, NSW. This clause does not limit the venue's right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
